(Photo by Shimpei Nakamura) TOKYO — Kansai Electric Power and Kawasaki Heavy Industries are cooperating to transport carbon dioxide emitted from a coal-fired power plant to a remote location as early as this fiscal year as they seek to establish technology for CO2 capture and storage.
