The centre aims to improve clinical research capabilities and healthcare quality across the region, as well as speed up the development and adoption of innovative pharmaceuticals and medical technologies to benefit more patients in the bay area. The first batch of studies at the facility will focus on artificial-intelligence-powered scoliosis screening and stem cell therapy for knee osteoarthritis.
