ModelBest, China's largest edge-side model unicorn, has filed IPO counseling documents with the Shanghai Securities Regulatory Bureau with CITIC Securities as advisor. The company closed a funding round in mid-July that pushed its valuation above 20 billion yuan, and its MiniCPM series has accumulated more than 38 million downloads on GitHub and Hugging Face.
