Tencent’s workplace communication and collaboration platform Enterprise WeChat has opened beta testing of an AI assistant named Dayuan. Users can swipe left from any interface to activate the assistant, which can access Enterprise WeChat’s documents, spreadsheets, meetings, and calendar tools. Dayuan is designed to understand the context of ongoing work and provide help without interrupting the existing workflow. It can summarize unread messages, organize responses to questions from managers, prepare weekly reports based on work records, and track to-do items.
